APPOINTMENT RESCHEDULING/ CANCELLATION POLICYOur technicians are dedicated to giving the highest quality of work to our community. We DO NOT charge cancellation or rescheduling fees unless a deposit has been held, whereas if we are notified of a change in desired service 48 hours prior to the scheduled service time, unless otherwise told by an agent of The Leaky Gasket, said customer surrenders said deposit to us as compensation for missed work of that time made unavailable.
DEPOSIT POLICYAny service where parts are over $20 and or labor is over $500, or where extraneous tools are needed to complete a contracted service, a full parts deposit and/or a 30% deposit will be due to get an appointment set. In the case we are not able to complete such service, the deposit will be refunded in full within 15 (Fifteen) business days, whereas if a customer fails to appear or cancel said service, the complete deposit will be held in the rules of the Appointment Rescheduling Policy.
SERVICE QUOTE DISCLAIMERAll service quotes are good for 30 (thirty) days unless otherwise noted as such. Warranties are held for a period of 30 (thirty) days or 1,000 (one- thousand)miles unless otherwise notated. The Leaky Gasket and affiliating partiesare not held liable for damage assessed to the maintaining vehicle or surrounding areas if any are to occur. No refunds on labor with exceptions. By paying any amount to The Leaky Gasket, youagree to these conditions and to pay the quoted total before The Leaky Gasket or agents acting thereof relinquishes possession of the vehicle. Failure to do sowill result in redemption of property and/or legal pursuit.
WARRANTY DISCLAIMERDiagnostic services are warrantied for 1(one) month or 30(thirty)days , whichever comes first, allowing a total of 1(one) re-diagnostic done at no charge at the customers expense, with any other diagnostic service related to the service warrantied, diagnostic charge will be 50(Fifty) percent of the original diagnostic charge. All services do not carry a warranty unless otherwise specifically notated. WE CAn INSTALL CUSTOMER BOUGHT PARTS, but at no time will we ever carry any insurance or warranties on customer bought parts, as well as any warranty labor service performed with customer purchased parts.
